Katelynn’s journey in the field began as a sales representative, and within an astonishingly short period of three months, she demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for merchant processing and knew she wanted to open her own company one day. As Katelynn climbed the ranks and met with more business owners, she became increasingly aware of the alarming lack of integrity within the industry. Numerous merchants were falling victim to scams, overcharges, and deceptive contracts they never signed up for and an alarming ninety percent of her clients had lost contact with their previous account reps as early as one week after signing their contracts.                   

Witnessing these injustices, she recognized the pressing need for an honest, transparent, and customer-centric approach. Driven by her commitment to doing what’s right, Katelynn founded Integrity

Merchant Solutions with a core mission to revolutionize the industry one day. Combining her in-depth knowledge with a passion for concierge ‘old fashioned’ customer support, she aimed to create an enterprise that puts people above profit.
